Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "you" or "your") and 92kpr (hereinafter referred to as "92kpr", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://92kpr.cam, including all associated sub-domains, applications, products, services and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Service in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

92kpr operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino games, live dealer tables, virtual sports and sports betting markets to eligible users globally, including users in Pakistan, subject always to applicable local law. Nothing in these Terms constitutes an invitation to use the Service in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by law.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• Account means a registered user profile on the 92kpr platform, created by providing valid personal details and verified through the KYC process.
• Balance means the aggregate sum of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds means promotional credits granted to a User subject to wagering requirements and additional terms specified at the time of the offer.
• Game means any casino game, live dealer table, slots title, virtual sport, table game or sports betting market made available on the Platform.
• KYC means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under anti-money laundering obligations before certain account features, including withdrawals, are activated.
• Platform means the 92kpr website, applications and associated services accessible at https://92kpr.cam.
• Wagering Requirement means the number of times a bonus amount or deposit-plus-bonus amount must be staked prior to any associated winnings becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal means a transfer of real-money funds from a User's Account to a payment instrument verified and owned by the User.

Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on the 92kpr Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's licence conditions, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts and other non-natural persons are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of 92kpr or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from the Platform or placed on any exclusion list maintained by a recognised gambling authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration & KYC

To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid contact number.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. 92kpr reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where information is found to be false, misleading or incomplete.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at such other times as 92kpr deems appropriate in line with its anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (national identity card, passport or valid driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds into the Account.
• Source-of-funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds or where a transaction pattern warrants enhanced due diligence.

92kpr may, at its sole discretion, withhold withdrawal processing until all requested KYC documentation has been provided, reviewed and approved. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You agree that all activities conducted through your Account are your sole responsibility, whether or not they were authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 92kpr immediately.
• The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including resale of access or systematic professional advantage-taking.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account. 92kpr does not guarantee any return on any wager.
• You must not access the Platform via VPN, proxy or other anonymising technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or any terms of this Agreement.
• All games offered on the Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer streams from verified providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available for individual games where applicable.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to a 92kpr Account must originate from a payment instrument that is legally owned and controlled by the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

The Platform supports various deposit methods. Payment-provider names referenced on this Platform (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are cited as familiar payment context for Pakistani users only. None of these providers endorses, supports or is affiliated with 92kpr or online gambling. Available deposit methods should always be confirmed in the live cashier prior to making a transfer.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance in real time or within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method.
• 92kpr does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, currency conversion fees or transfer limits.
• The Platform may display amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the operator's cashier supports local currency. All displayed limits and amounts should be verified in the live cashier before transacting.
• 92kpr reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made under duress, or in breach of applicable anti-money laundering requirements.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and the completion of applicable KYC verification as described in Section 4.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment instrument that has been previously used to deposit funds into the Account, or to a verified instrument in the Account holder's name, at 92kpr's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier interface.
• Pending withdrawal requests may be subject to a processing period of up to five (5) business days depending on the payment method selected, though 92kpr endeavours to process requests as promptly as possible.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from bonus funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirements may be eligible for withdrawal, subject to any applicable maximum withdrawal limits attached to the bonus offer.
• 92kpr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence prior to approving any withdrawal that triggers AML thresholds or appears inconsistent with the Account's deposit and wagering history.
• Withdrawal requests will be declined or reversed where the Account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

92kpr may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions and other incentives to eligible Account holders. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the point of offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Each promotional offer is available to one Account per individual, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any winnings attributable to bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds are played before real-money funds unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• 92kpr reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not affect offers that have already been accepted and where wagering is in progress.
• The use of any strategy, system or coordinated group of players to exploit promotional terms constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the removal of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with active bonus funds. Bets exceeding the maximum bonus bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with their use of the Platform:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any other interaction with the Platform.
• Opening, operating or participating in more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform or gain any systematic advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping or coordinated play designed to exploit games or other players.
• Exploiting any technical error, software glitch, or loophole in the Platform's systems. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error will be considered void.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate or disguise money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime in violation of applicable law.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' Accounts or to any part of the Platform's backend infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or members of the 92kpr support team through any communication channel.

Responsible Gambling

92kpr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships or mental wellbeing, it is important that you seek help promptly.

• Users may set deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits and session-time reminders directly from the Account dashboard at any time.
• Self-exclusion is available to all Account holders and can be activated through account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are enforced and cannot be reversed during the nominated period.
• The Platform operates strict age verification. Users suspected of being under the minimum eligible age will have their Account suspended pending verification.
• 92kpr will never market gambling products to individuals who have self-excluded or have otherwise indicated a desire to limit their gambling activity.

Being over 18 does not make gambling lawful in all jurisdictions, including Pakistan.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 92kpr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from 92kpr.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Platform's software.
• Use any 92kpr brand names, logos or trademarks without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content for commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92kpr, its officers, directors, employees, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 92kpr specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions, wagering activity or reliance on game outcomes.
• Interruptions to Service caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages or circumstances beyond 92kpr's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 92kpr makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the suitability, reliability, availability or accuracy of the Service for any particular purpose.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.

Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (after deduction of bonus funds not meeting withdrawal eligibility) will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and processing requirements.

Termination by 92kpr: 92kpr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any policy incorporated by reference herein.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering or other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request or a third-party request based on the user's vulnerable status.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring the Platform to restrict access to certain users or jurisdictions.

Upon termination for cause, 92kpr may, in its sole discretion, withhold or forfeit any balance associated with the breach, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92kpr holds its operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of 92kpr's licencing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit 92kpr's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Amendments

92kpr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. In the case of material changes, 92kpr will endeavour to provide additional notice via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure as set out in Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 92kpr recommends checking this page each time you access the Platform after a period of inactivity.
